UK Corporate Announcements
- Babcock reports a full year underlying pre-tax profit of £317m and an order book of £12bn from £13bn
- British Land announces a full year pre-tax profit of £260m from £497m and states that its main business has stayed resilient, and stays cautious on the environment
- DCC states that revenues have gained to €13bn and an operating profit of €229m, which its states reflects strong performance at its DCC Energy unit
- ICAP reports a full year operating profit of £308m from £372m and states that the markets have been ‘extraordinarily tough’
- Capita states that it has made a positive start to the year and was making good progress across key financial metrics
- BG states that it was making good progress and sees significant volume growth and expects positive free cash flow from 2015
- Lonmin announces that operations have been suspended at its Marikana mine, due to an illegal stoppage and that the reasons for the stoppage were as yet unclear
