- Centrica announces a full year profit of £1.27bn with 2012 revenues up 5% to £23.9bn and details that Phil Bentley is to step down as MD of British Gas
- Barratt Developments reports an H1 pre-tax profit of £46.1m from £21.6m on revenues of £951m from £952m and states that it has made a strong start to the year buoyed by increased mortgage lending
- Segro announces a full year net loss of £197.3m from a loss of £30.4m, and plans up to £500m in disposals this year
- Weir Group reports full year revenues of £2.58bn just under the estimates of £427m and forecasts low single digit revenue growth in 2013
- Restaurant Group details a full year adjusted pre-tax profit of £64.6m with revenues up to £533m in line with the forecasts
