  • HSBC has mirrored recent statements from Deutsche Bank as it also releases reports suggesting that the Swedish krona has further to rise, it gained 6% against the euro in 2012, and its solid AAA rating could keep the buying strong in 2013
  • Argentina continues to crack down on local access to foreign currency markets, which is pushing the peso down to a record low in the unregulated market, as the official exchange rate remains too high, and inflation is running at 25%
