  • The FTSE is seen opening around unchanged today, ahead of the non-farm payrolls this afternoon

UK Corporate Announcements
  • UBM reports an adjusted operating margin of 20.3% from 21.3% and an adjusted operating profit of £117.9m down 4.3%, but sees full year underlying revenue growth at slightly under the 3-5% estimates
  • Renold states that it sees its full year results substantially ahead of the market views
  • GKN announces Q3 sales of £1.87bn up from £1.61bn and a trading profit of £152m from £113m and states it sees good progress ahead in 2013
  • Whitbread announces H1 LFL sales gained 2.8% with revenues of £1.14bn in line with the forecasts and states it is on track to deliver its business plan
